Yes we are! Please note that certain providers may not be taking new clients if their caseload is full. Contact the office for more information.
The best way to schedule an initial appointment is to call the office and speak to one of our administrative assistants. You may also go to “contact us” on this page and fill out an email. Our staff will call you to set up an appointment.
If you are a current client and it is during business hours, please call the front desk and push option 3. If it is after business hours and/or you would just like to leave a message for your provider, push option 4 for the staff directory.
Nebraska Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health/UMR, Medicare, Cigna, Aetna, Midlands Choice to name a few. If you don't see yours here, let us know. Please note that some of our providers are not in-network with all of these companies. Our staff will be happy to help you navigate insurance questions.
We recommend calling 911 if you are in danger or go to your nearest emergency room for urgent assistance. If you need to speak to your provider, call the office at 402-592-0328 and follow the prompts to be connected to our answering service. If your provider is not available, you will be able to speak to one of our other providers.
The frequency of follow-up therapy appointments varies depending based on individual needs, treatment goals and progress in therapy. This is something that you and your provider will discuss. Generally, they may occur weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly. Medication management follow-ups also vary based on individual needs, treatment response, co-occurring medical or psychiatric conditions and medication regimens. Typically, medication checks may be monthly, every 6-8 weeks, or every 3-6 months. Ultimately, the frequency is determined collaboratively between you and your provider.
We do offer HIPAA compliant telehealth services. Some of our providers prefer in-person sessions.
We are open the following hours:
Monday 9 to 5pm
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 9 to 7pm
Friday 9 to 3pm
Some providers are here on Saturday
Fees vary depending on the service and insurance. If you have insurance, your insurance company should be able to tell you what you will have to pay for deductibles and/or co-pays. Our staff can help with this as well. We also offer self-pay options for those who do not have insurance and/or do not wish to use their insurance.
We have a no-show or late cancellation fee policy to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the mental health services we provide. We have this policy in order to respect our providers’ time, maintain appointment availability for those who may need services, and for accountability purposes.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that make cancellations necessary. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you are not able to make it to your appointment. Some providers also offer the option to switch to telehealth if that enables you to keep your appointment.
